Kailena Anderson

A recent graduate of University of South Dakota, Kailena holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science with minors in Criminal Justice and Psychology.

Kailena is an ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Intern at BEDC due to her previous experience in the field of communications at workplaces including The Center for Public Justice, SEC Newgate, and the South Dakota Legislature. She enjoys helping organizations explore and convey their identity and vision on a variety of platforms. She looks forward to assisting the Research Park, BEDC, and other organizations in expanding their online presence.

In her free time, she keeps up with Star Wars, Marvel, and Disney content, reads, and plays board games. She enjoys spending time with her family when they are able to visit South Dakota and will find any reason to get together with friends.
