Stephanie Mason

Stephanie joins the Brookings EDC team as the Director of Operations. Her previous roles will assist in the development of long-term operational strategies that support the organization's primary objectives. Stephanie brings over 15 years of project management and client relationship experience to BEDC. Also, as a Brookings native, Stephanie knows the local economy well. She graduated from BHS, is a SDSU alumni, and played hockey with the Lady Rangers and Jacks teams. Her bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies focused on accounting, business, and economics with a thesis on Rural Economic Development during a Financial Recession. Stephanie stayed in Brookings because her home and the community are important to her. She aspires to be part of the lasting foundation of this community by building a positive future for others, especially her daughter. Stephanie is also a board member for Brookings Swim Club and enjoys being involved with the sport.
